5. Redeem your discount code directly on StoryStars’ site once the campaign closes successfully.

Transparent terms

• The buy-in fee is fully non-refundable and no credits are issued, even if the campaign does not reach the minimum 10 participants.
• Discount codes are valid for 30 days after you receive them and can be applied to additional copies of “Big Feelings” in the same checkout.
• Production timelines depend on how customised your request is (typically up to 4 weeks for full custom art, then 1–2 weeks for printing and delivery).
